We are the chosen recruitment partner for a global media platform that shares industry intelligence, knowledge and data on institutional real estate and infrastructure. Through news publications, special reports and investment guides, they provide global institutional real estate investment communities with insights and perspective on the trends and events shaping the investment landscape.  With its HQ in the US, our client has grown since its inception and has spread globally with offices in Singapore, Europe and across the Americas.
They are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who will be taking on the responsibility of helping to support and contribute to the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of all aspects of direct sales occurring within the region. They are looking for someone who can work autonomously with little supervision and has the ability to drive business development and grow the APAC business and serve as the primary product specialist for sponsorship sales in their region.
  • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure a high renewal rate on subscriptions
  • Build and develop new clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sales target
  • Generate advertising and sponsorship sales
  • Build relationships with new investors
  • Proven track record in Business Development/Account Management in a similar publication/research/reports/investment guide platform
  • Excellent network of financial institutions, institutional investors or private equity real estate across UK/Ireland and/or Europe.
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Able to work autonomously while delivering results
  • Highly driven and motivated individual with a penchant for sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
