This is a senior level role available within a multi-disciplinary consultancy group in Hong Kong.
Reporting to a Design Director and working alongside other engineering departments, you will help to lead an architectural team working across a variety of conceptual designs, schematic designs, detailed designs, tenders, and construction documents.

Reporting to a Design Director and working alongside other engineering departments, you will help to lead an architectural team working across a variety of conceptual designs, schematic designs, detailed designs, tenders, and construction documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Masters Degree in Architecture (i.e. 5+ years spent studying Architecture)
- Approximately 10+ years post-graduate experience as an Architect
- 5+ years experience of submitting designs to statutory bodies in Hong Kong
- HKIA member listed as an "Authorised Person" is highly preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Fluency in Cantonese is also preferred
