Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in government and private sector projects. They are looking for a Business Development Assistant Manager to research on new business opportunity and lead tender preparation for construction projects.

Job Description:

Reports to Senior Manager, Business Development
Responsible for Tender preparation and documents submission (Tender requirements, Contract Award, EOT requests etc)
Conduct market research on potential projects through business connections along with competitors analysis
Updating latest information for Project List
Coordinate with Project Manager and gather feedback for completed projects from Clients / Consultants perspective
Manage publishing materials, articles and images of completed project
Coming up with project strategy, understanding client profile and their financial reports

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing
Possesses at least 10 years of relevant business development experience including Construction / Engineering industry
Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
