You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives throughout their portfolio.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of sustainability goals and strategies for our properties
- Collaborating with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to promote sustainability practices
- Developing and implementing sustainable building and energy management practices
- Managing sustainability reporting and metrics
- Monitoring and reporting on sustainability performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability
- Managing a team of sustainability professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in sustainability management or related field
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations
- Experience with sustainability reporting and metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading a team of sustainability professionals
- Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
