My client is a reputable Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that invests in commercial  properties across the APAC region. They are committed to promoting sustainable practices throughout their portfolio and are looking for a Sustainability Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives throughout their portfolio.

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the development and implementation of sustainability goals and strategies for our properties
  • Collaborating with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to promote sustainability practices
  • Developing and implementing sustainable building and energy management practices
  • Managing sustainability reporting and metrics
  • Monitoring and reporting on sustainability performance metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability
  • Managing a team of sustainability professionals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in sustainability management or related field
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations
  • Experience with sustainability reporting and metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading a team of sustainability professionals
  • Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
