Are you a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity for career progression within a friendly, non-corporate, multi-disciplinary consultancy?
About the role and about You
You will have a key role within the Building Surveying team ensuring that clients are supported through every stage of the property cycle. Client sectors include industrial/logistics, commercial office, film studios and high-end residential.
Management of the property portfolio and projects will encompass professional building surveying services including; technical due diligence, building surveys, dilapidations, party wall and planned maintenance.
You will be part of a growing Building Surveying team, and ideally have experience of managing multiple dilapidations, development monitoring and project management.

Base Salary is negotiable but around £65k plus bonus, car allowance, private pension and private medical cover.
