If you have experience of either, setting up or running a successful Building Surveying team then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. Our client wants to expand out into the Counties, has recently set up an office in Oxford and now looking for an experienced and dynamic person to take Kent by reins.
About the role and about You
The Building Surveying team has a diverse range of clients across both the Public and Private Sectors which gives a really broad range of scope for the role. There is an exciting range of professional work across exciting and prestigious properties, as well as larger than average projects with a value up to around £18m. To supplement the growth in London they will be setting up a Tunbridge Wells office to support the London office and to cover work in the South. As the lead for the Kent office you will have experience of profit and loss, line management responsibilities and confidence with business development.
