Our client is an established Building and Cost Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK and are looking for either a Senior Building Surveyor - up to Associate Director/Director to join their Bristol team.
About the role and about You
The Building Surveying team has a diverse range of clients across a range of sectors including retail, offices, student accommodation, automotive, education and residential. They have a wide range of clients and work with funds, financial institutions and investors on a range of properties. The building surveying team provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards as well as project management.
What is on offer
Our client is offering a great opportunity to join a well established team which is now up to around 60, many of whom have long service within the Consultancy, they are highly successful in terms of fees and billing and as such you will have an excellent opportunity to grow within the team, or support others as their careers develop. As an SME their culture differs to some of the larger companies with a less corporate feel and a lot of autonomy. They are a social bunch too with regular social activities, charity days etc.
