Our client is an established Project Management and Cost Consultancy with offices across the UK, Europe and the USA. They have an established business and work with a range of clients including investors, financial institutions and lenders.
About the role and about You
The Building Surveying team has a diverse range of clients across a range of sectors including retail, offices, student accommodation and logistics.They have a wide range of clients and work with funds, financial institutions and investors on a range of properties. They do technical due diligence, dilapidations, project monitoring as well as a whole range of project management. Projects are anything from £50K up to £300/£400m project monitoring.
