Associate Cost Manager

Archer Recruitment is working with an international construction consultancy to recruit an Associate Cost Manager to manage key new build projects in Residential, Hotels, & Student Accommodation.
You will be joining a well established Quantity Surveying team with an excellent reputation in the market, working with clients including prestigious London five star hotels, residential developers and PBSA providers. The company has a modern office close to London Bridge, social team environment, and flexibility for hybrid working (typically 3 days per week in the office).
This is a delivery focused role reporting directly to the QS Director, taking the lead with a number of key clients and supporting with the development of junior surveyors.
Candidates should be MRICS qualified with at least 7 years’ Quantity Surveying experience in a cost consultancy environment. Experience of leading projects at all stages in Hotels and Resi is preferred.
The company can offer a competitive salary up to £90,000 plus benefits including 26 days holiday, bonus, enhanced pension, life assurance & private healthcare.
