We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Cost Manager to join a successful independent construction consultancy in Northampton as the business continues to go from strength to strength. The company has an excellent reputation within the Commercial, Industrial & Logistics, Retail & Data Centre markets in the UK and Europe, and has a team of highly experienced Project Managers and Cost Consultants.
The Associate role has arisen due to the growth of the business and we are ideally seeking a RICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ year’s PQE and proven cost consultancy experience.
This person will work closely alongside the Director of the Northampton office, leading on a number of key projects, whilst supporting with management of more junior surveyors and contributing to new business development.
Candidates should have at least 8 years’ quantity surveying experience, ideally having worked on projects in Industrial & Logistics, Retail or Commercial sectors. They will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Candidates should have a driving licence and own transport for travel to client sites when required.
On offer is a salary up to £80,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including up to 20% bonus, car allowance, private medical, pension, and 27 days annual leave.
