Our client is a global multi-disciplinary consultancy. With a global coverage coupled with a high level of specialist local expertise, their Singapore office is in an enviable position currently with a strong pipeline of work - includes iconic projects - with high rise commercial building, large infrastructure completed up to date in the region. They are seeking for an Associate Director in view of new project win – a large scale luxury hospitality and complex leisure building project.

Job Description:
  • Managing complex technical solutions and large mechanical projects to achieve operational excellence
  • Monitor the accuracy and the outcome of technical projects by leading and managing project teams
  • Utilize technical principles to develop and deliver practical and economical solutions to issue faced
  • Automation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for improvement in construction industry productivity
  • Recognize the client's business and strategic concerns to maximize recurring business and assure effective outcomes.
  • Recognize the risk on all jobs by putting in place good audit, business, and financial management, and comprehend how work practices affect projects' financial results.
  • Display strong networking, presenting, communication, and consulting abilities.
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (PEB recognized or UK Chartered Engineer is beneficial)
  • Min 15 years of experience in Building Environment industry with consultancy experience
  • Experience in hospitality, complex mixed development, high rise commercial, or other complex building projects would be highly desired
  • Requires expertise dealing with and fostering connections with clients from abroad as well as the capacity to manage a multicultural design team.
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Great command in English, both in writing and speaking
  • To work in an environment that is customer, team, and delivery-focused
