Role and Responsibilities:
As the Associate Director of Project Management, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of Life Science projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies.
- Overseeing project teams and providing guidance and support to junior staff.
- Conducting regular project reviews, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering a high level of client satisfaction.
- 5-7 years of experience working on Life Science projects in a construction capacity.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ideally chartered with RICS, CIOB, or APM.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and schedule.
