We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an Associate Director of Project Management to join a leading construction consultancy specialising in the Healthcare & Life Science sectors.

About the Company:

Our client is an innovative and flexible SME business, recognised for their excellence in delivering high-value and complex construction projects within both public and private healthcare domains. As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a team of skilled Project Managers while reporting directly to the Director.

Responsibilities:

In this influential role, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of project management, including:
  • Overseeing and managing a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Director and senior management to formulate strategic plans and implement best practices.
  • Demonstrating expertise in Consultancy Project Management, handling high-value and intricate construction projects.
  • Contributing to business cases at SOC (Strategic Outline Case), OBC (Outline Business Case), and FBC (Full Business Case) stages for healthcare projects.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of construction processes to drive efficient project execution.
  • Offering Contract Administration expertise for a diverse range of contracts.
  • Leveraging your proficiency in healthcare projects, encompassing new builds and refurbishments, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and fostering an innovative project management culture.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Consultancy Project Management for high-value and complex construction projects within the public and private healthcare sectors.
  • Proficiency in supporting business cases various stages.
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction processes and Contract Administration.
  • Ideal candidates will possess Professional Membership (e.g., RICS, CIBSE, CIOB, MICE, APM).
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring your team to excel and achieve exceptional results on budget and on time.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A strategic mindset, driving business growth and innovation.
Package:

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary ranging from £82,000 to £90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding career opportunity, the package includes:
