As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects, be in charge of the day to day running of a team of PMs, whilst also being very client facing. You will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeframes, and quality standards.

Job Description:
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects, be in charge of the day to day running of a team of PMs, whilst also being very client facing. You will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeframes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their project requirements.
- Actively engage in business development activities & identifying new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, delivering projects in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project coordination and successful outcomes.
- Provide strategic input and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working on Fit-Out projects across multiple sectors (including commercial and residential) within a UK project management consultancy.
- MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM chartered status is essential.
- Strong CA (Contract Administration) on JCT Suite contracts and EA (Employers Agent) experience.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering successful fit-out/repositioning projects within commercial & residential sector as a minimum.
- Business development experience is preferable, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of Project Managers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A thorough understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 per annum dependant on experience
