Our client has a dedicated RCA team which has grown from strength to strength over the past few years and so are looking to expand the team to support their ambitious growth plans.
About the role and about You
You will have experience of Reinstatement cost assessment, and a drive to expand and grow this service line with full support from the business. You will use your skills to develop existing business and source new business opportunities both within the business and externally. The team have high values and take pride in everything they do and work with integrity.
Key responsibilities;
The culture is corporate but with the added benefits of excellent socialising and networking are on offer. Staff are well looked after with private medical insurance, car allowance, guaranteed minimum bonus with the opportunity to earn a fantastic bonus each year. They provide an excellent training program, social events and charity/volunteering days. An agile working approach gives flexibility, and trust that the work will be done. Salary is £60K + £6K car allowance + excellent bonus opportunity.

- Preparation of RCA reports
- Business development
- Dedicated client focus
- Advise clients of their options
- Demonstrate ability to lead client pitches and presentations, including public tender opportunities
- Provide market leading performance enhancing the business and local market knowledge
- Team player - working together to reach ambitious and exciting business plan
- Secure new clients and support more junior members of the team
- Empower more junior members of the team
