As industrial development continues to flourish across the country, Project Managers within the sector are in high demand. As the sector sees increased demand from occupiers/tenants and land for developers, there continues to be an increase in new build facilities and refurbishments across the sector with global giants such as Amazon occupying 25% of the current available space within the UK.
A longstanding client of ours are currently looking to an experienced Associate Director or Director level candidate to join their growing Manchester team. Working alongside the Manchester lead, the bulk of the work will revolve around large-scale industrial developments, as well as some new build office work. They are a global property company offering a wide variety of building consultancy services to their clients.
A proven track record delivering work within the industrial market is required, with the role including development monitoring as well as working closely with industrial developers on new build schemes. Candidates with existing clients in the area would be highly desirable. The team is made up of approximately 15+ people and prioritises staff wellbeing as well as offering flexible working, a collaborative environment and excellent incentives.
On offer is a competitive package with a salary up to £80,000 basic plus company car allowance, as well as an excellent pension scheme, private medical and a great bonus structure with it potentially equalling the annual salary after 3 years.
Candidates will ideally be MRICS chartered.
