We are working alongside a multidisciplinary international engineering consultancy who have worked on iconic infrastructure and buildings projects. They are actively looking out for an Associate / Technical Director to join their electrical team, managing buildings projects.

Job Description:

Responsible on business development, client management, and client servicing
Accountable for project delivery in accordance with project and business objectives
Managing finance controls and profitability of projects
Responsible for team management and development of team

Requirements:

Min bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and a registered PE
Min 10+ years of experience in relevant experience in buildings projects
Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills.
Great client management skills and proven record on business development
Strong people and project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of managing the projects from start of design phase till handover
Candidates with Data Center experience will have an advantage
