They are well-known in building services and have many large-scale projects in Singapore as well as in the region. They are looking for an Electrical trained - Associate / Principal to join their Singapore office to lead and manage projects in the region.

- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Lead the mechanical design and engineering team
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
- Ensure quality control of all electrical engineering designs
- Manage the project budget and schedule
- Collaborate with other teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Min bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering that is recognised by PEB Singapore
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or Chartered or working towards attaining it will be a plus
- Min 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design for large and complex buildings projects
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
- Have good knowledge of common design software.
- Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
- Communicate and manage stakeholder
- Strong people management skill
