Our client is a global multi – disciplinary engineering consultancy firm with many offices across different continents. They are well-known in building services and have many large-scale projects in Singapore as well as in the region. They are looking for an Electrical trained - Associate / Principal to join their Singapore office to lead and manage projects in the region.

Job Description:
  • Client and Stakeholder Management
  • Lead the mechanical design and engineering team
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
  • Ensure quality control of all electrical engineering designs
  • Manage the project budget and schedule
  • Collaborate with other teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
Requirements:
  • Min bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering that is recognised by PEB Singapore
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or Chartered or working towards attaining it will be a plus
  • Min 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design for large and complex buildings projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Have good knowledge of common design software.
  • Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
  • Communicate and manage stakeholder
  • Strong people management skill
