Responsibilities:
- Lead a team on all areas related to bids management, including but not limiting to - attending site showrounds, preparation & submission of bids / proposals; all tender clarifications; tender interviews, tender presentations.
- Preparation and sharing of tender briefing notes to all involved.
- Preparation of quality write-ups
- Leading the discussion with Operations Division Heads on the Go / No Go decision, and subsequently on the tender details with the respective Operations team.
- Preparation of approvals based on corresponding threshold values for Company's Management (eg. drafting of Investment Notes, addressing any questions from our SEA & BU APAC team)
- Liaising with Contracts Department on the legal memo, approx. threshold value etc
- Support the team to solicit new client base, conduct business presentations on Company's services to potential client.
- Explore viable business opportunities within the facilities management industry.
- Network and be equipped with the knowledge on the competitors’ services and market share.
- Conceptualization and developing good business proposals.
- Any other duties / works assigned by Company's management when required.
- Degree in Facilities Management/ Business or related fields
- Preferably 10 years of relevant working experience in facilities management
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flair in communication and written abilities
- Familiar with tender submission into Gebiz / Sesami / Ariba / Zycus etc
