Our client is a Tier 1 Architectural Practice who are best known for large grade A projects in Singapore, specifically commercial, mixed use and public sector projects. They are currently seeking a BIM Manager in light of recent expansion plans to lead on several projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and agree upon a BIM Execution Plan, ensuring on-going compliance and continuous improvement, as well as perform any and other responsibilities or functions as required in the BIM Execution Plan.
- Coordinate and manage BIM projects.
- Provide consultancy for BIM projects
- Maintain BIM Standards and processes
- Ensure that things are moving according to schedule
- Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
- 5 years of experience in BIM design
- Well versed in BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines
- Possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM
