Building Executive (Commercial Building)

Our company has partnered with a top tier developer in Singapore to source for their FM needs. This is a chance for you to be part of a dynamic and exciting work environment to achieve your full potential.

This position will allow the successful candidate to work on a state-of-the-art Commercial Building in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintenance and engineering support to relevant properties
Ensure that M&E systems in all buildings are kept in good order
Carry out preventive maintenance programs for all M&E systems
Procure service contracts and manage relevant service providers to administer rectification works
Tend to tenants’ requests for M&E services and provide support in supervising all M&E upgrading projects and fit-out works

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
3-5 years of working experience in related fields - experience in building automation systems and retail environment would be ideal.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
