About the role and about You
The Building Consultancy service supports every stage of the property life-cycle including building surveys, technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration and project management, feasibility studies, party wall advice, dilapidations, planned and preventative maintenance and reinstatement cost assessments. The clients are 90% private sector, including investors and pension funds, and properties are predominately retail, commercial and industrial. You will be able to work autonomously and confident to communicate with clients.
