This role sits in the Building Surveying division and will aid in the growth of this service line. You will be given the opportunity to work on a mixture of both professional services (dilaps, tdd, party wall and the like) and also get involved in contract admin and wider project management.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Defect analysis inspections and building pathology
- Establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Prepare and review specifications of works
- Prepare tender and contract documents, primarily JCT and some NEC forms
- Analyse site activities and prepare progress reports on time, quality and cost of projects
- Party Wall matters
- Assist in the review of leases and preparation of advice, strategy and schedules of dilapidations.
