We are working with an SME with offices across the South and South West of England. They have around 120 employees and are a multi-disciplinary practice, with architecture, conservation, interior design, building surveying, cost and project management.
The Building Surveying team based in Kent are looking to expand the team. Covering work across Kent, Surrey and Sussex they work across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, public sector, protective and defence, industrial and leisure. Their bread and butter business is within the Public Sector working with many schools and local government in Kent, as well as Chatham regeneration as well as a host of others.
They put their clients at the heart of everything they do, remaining focussed on the instructions, aspirations and commercial targets. They are also focussed on staff development, with ongoing training and support, with accredited training schemes such as RIBA, RICS, CIBSE, APM and CIAT and other opportunities for professional and personal development. They take pride in their culture of team work and strive to make the well-being of their employees a priority.
With a range of work across the professional and projects they are offering a varied workload and hybrid working. Due to the location of the offices and work across Kent you will need to be a car driver.
