There’s not often an opportunity to join a team in its infancy but we are excited to be working with an established business who are setting up a new office in London. With roots in Scotland this consultancy has gone through a period of growth into England and now has offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and Swindon.
The Business
Building Surveying is at the heart of this business but they have many areas of expertise including: agency, valuation, project management, quantity surveying, investment, planning services, architecture and sustainability. They cover a range of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, retail, petroleum and roadside, ports and harbours, healthcare, hotels and leisure and education.
The London Building Surveying team has predominately commercial clients, they cover pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance, scheduling, reinstatement cost assessments, and a growing base of project management and contract administration.
You will be joining the team as it embarks on a ambitious growth plan over the next 18 months, to be part of this initial team will be exciting and you can be part of their development contributing and enjoying the successes as they come along. With 3 important bids already in the pipeline there is much to look forward to.

There are 26 days holiday. memberships paid and all the usual benefits when you are Chartered like – Healthcare, car allowance, bonus etc.
