The Role
 
We are searching for a Chartered Building Surveyor to help support every stage of the property life-cycle including building surveys, technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration and project management, feasibility studies, party wall advice, dilapidations, planned and preventative maintenance and reinstatement cost assessments. The majority of the clients are private sector, including investors and pension funds, and properties are predominately retail, commercial and industrial. You will be able to work autonomously and confident to communicate with clients. 

 
The Requirements 
  • Degree or Equivalent in Building Surveying
  • MRICS
  • Ambitious
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Proficient AutoCAD Experience
The Benefits
 
The role offers a £42K-£45K salary plus benefits package.
