Our client is a global multi-disciplinary practice who has a long establish Singapore based operation. Their diversity in project portfolio and capabilities have grown aggressively in the last decade, covering several high profile projects across the region. With their capabilities across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, they have managed to secure a number of building projects and hence looking to bring on an experienced Coastal Engineer to join their team.
  
Responsibilities
  • Tasked to carry out detailed coastal engineering designs
  • Will be required to carry out project management, relationship management and related business development activities
  • Comfortable communicating between colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients;
  • Prepare project quality plans and tender specifications
  • Adopting all relevant requirements in maintaining rules and regulation,
  • Will also be required to provide mentoring towards junior engineers
  
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A PE Board recognized Degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering and/or Masters in Structural Engineering
  • Have performed detailed design from pre-tender stage through to construction and handover on at least one full cycle infrastructure project in Singapore.
  • 5 – 8 years of experience with engineering consultants
  • Will be required to liaise with local authorities and providers related to the project
