My client is a well regarded Data Center Operator, will strong presence in the APAC Region. They are currently in the midst of expansion and is looking for a Senior Design Manager with Civil, Structural OR Architectural background to join they growing team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and delivery of multiple projects within stipulated timeframe across APAC
- Coming up with design brief & key metrics to ensure consistency in design quality and requirements
- Managing of vendors and stakeholders across both greenfield & fit out projects.
- Experience in Consultancy or Contractor
- Relevant experience in buildings experience
- Experience in Data Center, Clean Room, Critical Infrastructure or other complex building projects is preferred
- Experience in Design Bid Build, D&B and other design delivery methodology
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time and be based on site for project
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
