Are you passionate about design? Have you worked on mixed use schemes either for the Architect/Designer or for a Project Management Consultancy managing the design phase of projects? If you have then this could be a brilliant opportunity to work on a commercial office development and larger masterplan development in London with a well respected Developer on behalf of this Project Management Consultancy.
As the Design Project Manager, your role will be to work closely and manage the appointed Architect and approve the relevant designs for the project. It is essential that candidates have the following experience:
- Suitable Qualification either from a technical construction/design or Architecture background.
- Experience working either for a Project Management Consultancy or Design House / Architect Practice.
- Can demonstrate a portfolio of previous projects involving exterior design on commercial/mixed-use development schemes.
This is a permanent position with a leading Project Management Consultancy. On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus company package. Candidates will be expected to be based in the office or on-site visits 5 days per week.
