Our client is a top tier architectural practice in Singapore. They are highly regarded for their projects across large mixed use, commercial, healthcare to name a few, and have a number of awards under their belt. They are currently seeking a Financial Controller and Company Secretary to be part of their dynamic team and reporting into the CEO.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, review and enhance internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely, accurate closing of full sets of accounts, budget and cash flow and consolidation
  • Develop and implement goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting
  • Analyze and monitor financial performance against key business metrics to determine progress against budgets
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience with 3 years managerial experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore laws, tax and regulations
  • Prior experience in construction or architecture industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
