A perfect opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to become part of a traditional building consultancy who offer an excellent training and support package to their graduates.
About the role and you
Archer is currently partnering with a traditional building consultancy that is operating on a number of projects across London.
Ideally, with some experience within the Building Surveying practice, the consultancy is looking for a competent and motivated individual to forge a career within their business.
An excellent start to your surveying career with a company with a fantastic culture. You will be given excellent support throughout your APC, with in-house RICS assessors, regular CPD sessions and a friendly/family feel that will make you feel part of the team and valued.
Salary is dependant on experience but between £27-£30k, private medical cover, pension and 22 days annual leave.

- Support Chartered Building Surveyors/Associates on projects
- Assist in surveys and site inspections
- Prepare and produce site meeting minutes, specifications for works, tender and contract documents
- Support the Chartered Building Surveyors/Associates in their role when acting as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator
- Support the team with any other duties as required.
- Driving forward you APC goals
- Some experience within the building surveying sector
- Experience within residential or commercial sectors is ideal, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
