Our client is a leading real estate development, investment and property management firm and they have key investment portfolios across Asia and are continuing to grow their investment portfolios across these regional markets.
   
There is now a need to hire a highly driven individual to be part of the group treasury team. You have full responsibility across process improvement digitalization projects for a full suite of treasury functions and treasury related matters across the group various lines of businesses.   

Responsibilities:
  
Digitalization Process Improvement Projects
    • Support digitization initiatives, implementation of business process improvements and digital transformation projects, encompassing the following:
    • Provide knowledge and guidance of existing processes including current SAP system and subsequent enhancements
    • Participate in the future process design
    • Design and execute user acceptance tests including results validation 
    • Provide inputs to design decisions
    • Validate new process designs
    • Provide feedback on configured solution
    • Ensure that the new solutions comply with internal procedures and project deliverables are properly understood by project team and end-users 
    • Ensure that the detailed requirements are documented in business requirement documents, and are duly signed off by relevant stakeholders
Bank Connectivity API
    • Participate in discussions with stakeholders on understanding the processes and project plans.
    • Working closely with banks and the vendor to plan critical path activities. 
    • Assisting in the maintenance of the ERP system master data to ensure that information is up to date and ready for connectivity. 
    • Prepare required documents to complete the connection with banks. 
    • Assist to investigate and resolve issues and errors on API connectivity.
    • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any UAT defects with stakeholders for project to Go-live. Report and document UAT results.
    • Establish, develop and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintain consistent strong operational relationships.
Requirements:
  
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognised University.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant treasury working experience, preferably in a corporate organisation.
  • Familiar with money and debt capital markets, loan / ISDA documentation and financial analysis / modelling.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Other key attributes include excellent communications skills and team work.
  • Experience in digitalization process improvement initiatives, managing vendors and participate in UAT will have an added advantage.
