Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in government and private sector projects. They are looking for a HR Executive to manage daily operational matters.

Job Description:

Handle full spectrum of HR functions primarily in foreign worker management.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and man-year entitlement.
Update levy and quota for monthly report
Update foreign employee’s details at MOM portal and work on manpower planning
Administer process and procedures for employee’s cessation of employment

Requirements:

Min Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Management or relevant field
Possesses at least 4-6 years of HR experience with foreign worker management
Familiar with MOM regulations and employment law
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
