- Create plans and documentation for the execution of construction projects and oversee and assign duties in a team
- Preparation of the calculations needed for engineering project design.
- Participating in design phase such as creating proposals, specifications, and other tender material
- Assist in the development of other structural engineers on the team as a leader and contribute design knowledge to the management of all technical aspects of projects.
- Provide consultation to client by drawing on expertise and deep knowledge of company’s consultancy services.
- Minimum Bachelors' degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, with 8 -15+ years related professional experience in buildings services
- A strong background in building design (reinforced concrete, Seismic design, post tension concrete and structural steelwork design) within a consulting environment will be advantageous.
- A strong interest in working on innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects.
- Project leadership and management experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- You should be pro-active with the ability to work independently or part of a team and possess good communication skills and business acumen.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, proven business development and account management skills
