My client is a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of industrial properties across the Singapore and Oceania Region. They are dedicated to providing their clients with high-quality logistics and distribution facilities that meet their evolving needs.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of our properties while ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the value of the logistics real estate portfolio
• Oversee property management activities, including leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and vendors to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant retention.
• Manage capital improvement projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Analyze and report on property performance, including financial analysis, market analysis, and operational performance.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual asset management reports to senior management and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities.
• Work closely with acquisitions and development teams to evaluate potential new investments and provide asset management support during the due diligence process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and industrial real estate markets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with real estate management software and systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.
