Our client is a well-known global PMC organization that handles major projects across a vast spectrum of industries, with particular focus in high tech facilities projects. A complex project has commenced construction and the successful candidate will be immediately mobilized to the site office where he/she will be stationed full time for the entire duration of the project. There is possibility to be based in Singapore and fly in fly out (travel & accommodation will be covered).
Applicants must be comfortable in carrying out daily inspection of the site to ensure that the design is implemented according to the specification and budget set out by the client. He/She would be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with local authorities' codes.
You must be forward thinking and comfortable in adopting latest construction trends, which include BIM/VDC methods. You will be required to apply critical thinking and demonstrate proactiveness, particularly when multiple stakeholders are involved.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
- Approximately 10 years' relevant experience in MEP across data centre projects with significant experience in working on large scale greenfield projects with an A1 main contractor with project value of at least $100m
- Good knowledge of BIM is required
- Excellent communication skills is required for multiple stakeholder management
