We are currently assisting our client, a reputable SME-sized construction consultancy with a focus on Data Centre projects, in their search for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile new build Data Centre project located in West London.
Position Overview:
As an MEP Project Manager, you will make up a key part in managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the construction of a state-of-the-art Data Centre facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of MEP Project Management, preferably with experience in Data Centre projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the MEP construction and pre-construction phases across three of the four buildings in this project, each at different RIBA stages.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing the MEP construction and pre-construction phases across three of the four buildings in this project, each at different RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate MEP design and construction activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful MEP project delivery.
- Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Develop and maintain MEP project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with MEP-related codes, standards, and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide regular MEP project updates.
- Mitigate risks and resolve MEP project issues promptly.
- Monitor and enforce MEP-related health and safety protocols.
- 3-5 years of MEP Project Management experience.
- Experience in MEP aspects of Data Centre construction projects is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction, and pre-construction phases.
- Professional membership or certifications in MEP-related fields are advantageous.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple MEP tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to work on-site and from the central London office as needed.
- Competitive base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).
