Precast Plant Manager

Our client is one of the Singapore’s leading precast and prefabrication specialists which provides digitalized manufacturing automation and building solutions in the construction industry. They are looking for a competent Plant Manager to manage the precast production.

Job Description:

Leading the precast production and scheduling planning activities, manage projects and technical resources (e.g: PPVC production, 2D / 3D components, large panel slabs / hollow core slabs / mesh / precast units)
Responsible for timely delivery of precast components according to respective projects
Coordinating with design engineers to ensure the correct design and specification are being followed
Material and resources planning, production planning, delivery planning, technical advisory on shop drawing, design feasibility study
Ensuring the workers are skilled to understand and follow the concrete production methods
Conduct on-going quality audits on operations
Take charge of certification, accreditation and audits required

Requirements:

Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
Min 5 years of precast industry experience required
Knowledgeable with raw materials construction products, production processes and specifications, quality control, defect management, costs to maximize the productivity and efficiency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
