What a scheme !! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has experience delivering large scale Mixed-Use Development projects. Working for a reputable multi disciplinary consultancy, you will be delivering a £200million scheme which is approximately 500,000 square ft. If this sounds of interest then please read on. 

Required Experience 
  • 15 years within Project Management
  • A background in Project Management, Surveying or Engineering
  • A proven track record of delivering complex schemes
  • MRICS is preferable but not essential
  • Have managed projects in excess of £75million
  • JCT Design and Build experience
  • Previous Consultancy experience – Main Contracting will not be considered for this role.
If you feel as though you have the necessary experience, on offer is a salary up to £90,000 plus company benefits. The site is located just North of London with excellent transport links. The scheme is on behalf of an Investment Management business and there will be a mixture of bespoke construction, commercial space, multi storey car park across several buildings. Due to go on site in the early part of next year, the scheme will suit someone with good delivery experience. Client relationship will be key on this scheme so it requires a front end, hands on PM.
