As a global leader in high-profile industrial projects internationally, they are about to secure a multibillion-dollar water project in Singapore, and are seeking a Project Director to spearhead project delivery. This would be a client facing and a site role.

Job Description:
- Oversee the projects activities and assigned work responsibilities
- Reporting – Review reports, set up reporting arrangement, maintain project skite sheets
- Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering/coordination and implementation/execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress
- To review and accept purchase orders for technical design
- Organize and prepare technical submittals and for client evaluation
- Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Contract Management
- Min bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Structural/Chemical/Environmental)
- Min 20+ years of project management experience and project coordination role within an engineering consultancy, main contractor or developer
- Certification as a project management professional (PMP), Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer would be an advantage
- Experience in managing large scale environmental projects
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
- Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
- Strong people management skill
