The Industrial & Logistics market continues to go from strength to strength. A record number of facilities being constructed, a record low for the available space to rent and a growing appetite from developers to enter the market.

One of our repeat clients based in London are looking for a lead Director to grow and assist their current client base with existing and future projects within the Industrial and Logistics market. Working with mainly developers on the new build development market, you will be project managing and assisting with other core services that the business has to offer. These include Architecture/Design, Planning, Engineering, Principal Design, Cost Management and Building Surveying.

You will be working with the senior leadership team who currently deliver to a wide variety of clients in the commercial, residential and data centre markets. They are looking for a well-connected individual with a proven track record in the Industrial and Logistics space to help their UK business deliver a world-class service.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate previous project management experience within the I&L sector, ideally for a consultancy but candidates who have worked for developers/retailers in this space will also be considered.

On offer is a salary up to £130,000 plus package.
