Job Responsibilities

To ensure that all projects (new & upgrading) meet the high quality and distinctive architectural standards of the Company, and within TQC (Time, Quality, Cost) targets
To prepare and manage project budgets, and constantly seek improvements in cost management to drive value for money
To identify, select and establish good working relationships with consultants and suppliers with right capabilities to meet our TQC requirements
To plan and monitor project deliverables, and ensure effective management of consultants & suppliers to fulfil all contractual obligations
To work in close consultation with relevant departments and stakeholders (including Legal, Hotel operators and Property Mangers) to ensure comprehensive review of all user requirements and proper completion of all contractual and other legal documentation prior to work commencement
To seek continuous improvements through value engineering and other methods, and identify synergistic opportunities within the Group
To manage post construction asset transition, DLP and warranty issues
Work with QS to prepare tender packages and bid documents
Review, analyze and evaluate tender proposals

Job Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction or QS
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in hospitality & commercial developments with property developers / consultants
Familiarity with local building codes and authorities’ approval procedures
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
Good interpersonal skills, especially dealing with customers / tenants
