Located in the heart of the City of London, this multidisciplinary consultancy are looking to expand their Project Management Team after a successful start in 2023. With a strong and loyal client base, they have a very good pipeline of work and there is a clear opportunity to progress to Senior Project Manager within the business.
With an experienced leadership team at the helm, this business are known for their delivery of Cat A and Cat B Commercial office fit out working with small to medium developers and occupiers. Projects are up to 40/50,000 sq ft. with some requiring front end development for new build schemes.
Candidates will have the opportunity to deliver projects in the industrial space with current schemes around 120,000 sq ft, some smaller residential and also some labs and life science work. As the team grows and the expertise diversifies it is likely that the workload will differentiate and expand in to other sectors.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package and discretionary bonus structure.
Candidates will need to have Consultancy or Client Side experience and have a good knowledge of UK Construction contracts under the JCT suite.
