The successful candidate will be responsible for projects covering sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Museums, Galleries and Heritage buildings from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare and heritage projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure timely resolution
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Monitor project performance against objectives and KPIs, and report progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, processes, and standards
- Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Manage project procurement activities, including tendering and contract management
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a project management consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering healthcare and heritage projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and changes
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or PMI
- Experience in managing project teams, including staff, contractors, and consultants
- Understanding of healthcare and heritage industries, regulations, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or project management
