Archer Recruitment is working with a national multidisciplinary real estate and construction consultancy who have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager will be joining a small but highly experienced team of 12 PM & Quantity Surveyors working on a variety of new build schemes across Mixed-Use, Education, Leisure & Residential sectors. These are typically based within London and the South East, though may require occasional travel further afield.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or MCIOB Chartered with 4+ years’ consultancy experience in delivering new build projects for developer and owner-occupier clients. They will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships with demanding clients.
