Our client is a fantastic, flexible and fast-growing boutique consultancy that is going from strength to strength. Specialising in fit-out/refurbishments from CAT A, CAT A+, CAT A & B and Cut & Carve. With an exceptional list of clients, this consultancy are constantly providing innovative and comprehensive project management solutions. This expanding team consists of industry experts, working on diverse projects ranging from small office fit-outs to large re-developments of over 2m sq. ft. This business offers incredibly flexible working, providing results are visible and client relationships are not affected. 

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the rest of the team in managing and delivering projects, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and direct to the Directors. You will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeframes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in managing Commercial fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and managing expectations effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Fit-Out projects across multiple sectors (including commercial and residential) within a UK project management consultancy.
  • MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM chartered status is highly desirable.
  • CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employers Agent) experience.
  • Proven track record in being a part of the delivery of successful fit-out/repositioning projects within commercial & residential sector as a minimum.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • A thorough understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Salary & Benefits:
  • £40,000 - £55,000 plus package (Depending on Experience)
