Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the rest of the team in managing and delivering projects, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and direct to the Directors. You will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeframes, and quality standards.

Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the rest of the team in managing and delivering projects, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and direct to the Directors. You will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeframes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in managing Commercial fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide regular updates on project status and managing expectations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and health and safety standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Fit-Out projects across multiple sectors (including commercial and residential) within a UK project management consultancy.
- MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM chartered status is highly desirable.
- CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employers Agent) experience.
- Proven track record in being a part of the delivery of successful fit-out/repositioning projects within commercial & residential sector as a minimum.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A thorough understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- £40,000 - £55,000 plus package (Depending on Experience)
