Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful construction projects within the real estate sector. Your expertise will contribute to the continued growth and success of our client's consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Provide expert guidance and support in all phases of the project life cycle, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Utilise your knowledge of the real estate side of the built environment to address project challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Manage project budgets and financial aspects to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role within a UK-based construction consultancy focused on the real estate sector.
- Essential experience in CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employer's Agent) roles.
- Highly desirable chartership, such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
- Strong understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with an option to purchase an additional 5 days.
