Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful construction projects within the real estate sector. Your expertise will contribute to the continued growth and success of our client's consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
Provide expert guidance and support in all phases of the project life cycle, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Utilise your knowledge of the real estate side of the built environment to address project challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Manage project budgets and financial aspects to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Foster strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role within a UK-based construction consultancy focused on the real estate sector.
Essential experience in CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employer's Agent) roles.
Highly desirable chartership, such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
Strong understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
