Company Overview:
 
Our client is a leading construction consultancy firm that specialises in the design and construction of data centres. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects that exceed their clients' expectations. They are currently seeking a Project Manager (who ideally speaks strong to fluent French) to join their team and help manage their growing portfolio of projects across Europe.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of complex data centre projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate project resources, including internal teams and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with project and company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management
Qualifications:
  • Ideally fluent in French (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in the data centre industry
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Experience managing project resources, including internal teams and external contractors
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • MRICS or MCIOB chartership is desirable
