We are currently assisting our client, a reputable SME-sized construction consultancy with a focus on Data Centre projects, in their search for an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile new build Data Centre project located in London.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of a state-of-the-art Data Centre facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Construction Project Management, with a significant portion of that experience within Data Centre projects. You will be responsible for managing the construction and pre-construction phases across three of the four buildings in this project, each at different RIBA stages.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage the construction process, ensuring it adheres to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
- Mitigate risks and resolve project issues promptly.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- 4-5 years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Significant experience in Data Centre construction projects.
- Good knowledge of the construction and pre-construction phases.
- Professional membership such as MAPM, MCIOB, or MRICS is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to work on-site and from the central London office as needed.
- Competitive base salary (£45,000 - £55,000) depending on experience.
