Senior Project Manager - High-tech commercial project

Our client is an established A1 main contractor known for their work in large public & private sector projects across Singapore. They currently have a hi-tech commercial project and are seeking a SPM to spearhead project delivery.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the GM and will be responsible for full project delivery, technical coordination and client management.

Qualifications / Experience:

Approximately 15 years of working experience Construction with 10 years as a Project Manager on large commercial projects in Singapore in excess of $150m
Degree in Civil Engineering recogninzed by PEB Singapore.
Good verbal and written communication skill
