The Data Centre market has continued on an upward trajectory in 2023 with the demand for sites continuing to increase. One of our long-standing clients in the Project Management consultancy market is looking for a Project Manager to join an established team of Project Managers in London delivering to a large Tech client in their site selection process for new build data centre projects.  

Candidates will ideally have experience working in a mission-critical/data centre/critical environment alternatively front end delivery on real estate development projects is also desirable. There is an expectation that candidates have between 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role.

Your role will include the following:
  • Take ownership of the various project databases, ensuring the project database and other client-developed tracking tools are updated with site submittals and accurate information.
  • Conduct research and engage with external suppliers to ensure all relevant information is included in initial site submittals​.
  • Catalogue information from developers, landowners, utility companies and government officials​
  • Create site summary reports for each site​
  • Maintain the project milestone tracker​
  • Create a handover template for sites which have been acquired to ensure a seamless transition​
